Since the launch of the multifunction dock DK1 Pro, it has been well-received by a large number of users. However, we have also received feedback regarding compatibility issues with certain devices. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Regarding compatibility issues with certain devices, for one thing, we failed to organize and publicly disclose the list of devices for compatibility before the product was launched. This was due to internal oversight, for which we sincerely apologize. We will review and improve our internal processes accordingly. For another, the DK1 Pro is not specifically designed for charging, but merely a multifunctional expansion dock for Android devices which may not be fully compatible with iOS devices. In addition, due to the different Type-C protocols of Android devices, the DK1 Pro, as an accessory, cannot achieve universal compatibility.

Therefore, if the DK1 Pro is not compatible with your device, you can contact our support team to apply for a return and refund, and we will be responsible for the related shipping cost.

In addition, the ideal scenario for using the DK1 Pro with Android devices is to charge while using, meaning the phone can output USB AUDIO through the DK1 Pro while simultaneously being charged. However, after testing some phone models, we found that not all phones and firmware versions can be perfectly supported. If you have any questions about the compatibility of your device, please refer to the table of the compatibility tests below, or contact our customer service team before purchasing.

Notes and Precautions:
1. If your phone works fine with the USB dongles, it will also be compatible with the DK1 Pro; if the device cannot be charged while in use, it is suggested to toggle the Charge switch to OFF to prioritize the USB AUDIO function.
2. If your phone is found incompatible with the DK1 Pro, please remove the phone case first to ensure that the phone is fully inserted into the dock. If it is still incompatible, you can toggle the Charge switch to OFF and then try using the USB AUDIO function.
